California Water Conservation State Bill SB 407 Water Fixture Replacement Mandate

Effective Jan. 1st, 2017

To all Callifornia Property Owners;

A Seller or Transferor of a single family residential, multifamily, & commercial real property must disclose to a purchaser or transferee all noncompliant plumbing fixtures. All Single family residential properties built prior to Jan. 1st 1994, will need to replace all noncompliant plumbing fixtures with water conserving plumbing fixtures. Including: All Toilets, Shower heads, & all Faucets.
