Hello!  Thanks for checking us out!  A little about us;  We are a Licensed Los Angeles City Water Conservation Retrofit & Compliance Service. We specialize in performing the needed 9-A compliance services here in Los Angeles City, Inspecting Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties. We issue, and sign off on the Certificate of Compliance, needed by the LADWP for the City of Los Angeles, and a necessity to Close your Escrows!  We also Certify properties throughout Los Angeles County, for the State of California's needed compliances; (Smoke Detectors, CO Detectors, and Water Heater Code Requirements.) We have many decades of experience with Residential & Commercial Construction, providing our services in working with and assisting the Real Estate community and their clients since 1991. We are also called upon to perform various Restoration and Repairs stemming from the Physical Inspection Reports while a property is in Escrow. With our team of professionals, we take pride in meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients. We work in close cooperation with project owners to ensure their wishes are taken into account. We also provide advice on alternative solutions that can save time and money without compromising quality.

ESCROW RETRO was built primarily to help agents delegate responsibilities so they have more time for their clients and their business. We support them and partner with them in their success. 

•       ESCROW RETRO is an Independently Owned and Operated Construction Service company specializing in Los Angeles City 9-A Compliance & Water Conservation Retrofitting.  We are licensed, bonded and insured. The owner holds a B1 General Contractor and  C36 Plumbing Contractor license with a vast knowledge and experience in the field.

•       We are Certified "Water Conservation Specialists," having been issued a Retrofitting License by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water  & Power.  We have been "DOT Trained" and "Certified" as an Approved Contractor by the Southern Calif. Gas Co.  to perform repairs and Install Seismic Gas shut off valves to the Gas Co's side of the Meter.(from 1998-2002) 

•       We assist the Real Estate community and their clients in the successful and smooth completion of their Escrow transactions.
